Yanis Varoufakis joins the May Day 2018 rally in Athens




Greek Ex-Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis and his wife Danae Stratou, join the May Day rally in Athens and march with supporters of his newly launched political party Mera25 (ΜέΡΑ25).

Yanis Varoufakis makes a statement about the message of today's mobilization. He says:
"The 1st of May is a splendid opportunity for us to remember, that the working class of the world, - not of our countries individually - is obliged by History to fight the same struggles again and again and again. There is no such thing as a final victory, there is no such thing as a final defeat. In 1886 workers died on the streets of Chicago, in order to secure their right of a limited day- that is eight hours of work, no more - to social security, to descent conditions at work, to dignity, to effectively having the right to treat themselves as something they own and not something that is owned by others. And again today we have exactly the same issues. The working class of today is facing uberization, constant internships and completely annihilation of Trade Unions' rights, and any kind of labor protection.  Today we remember the struggles of the past, in order to be able to win the struggles of the future, on behalf of, not just the workers and wage laborists, but of humanity as a whole."

Παρακαλά τα ΜΑΤ να τον αφήσουν να μπει στο ίδιο του το σπίτι



Το βίντεο ανέβηκε ξανά γιατί φαίνεται πως ενόχλησε την εξουσία, αφού σκιαγραφεί το πραγματικό πρόσωπο του καθεστώτος, που ενώ υποσχόταν ότι θα καταργήσει τα ΜΑΤ, όχι μόνο δεν τα κατάργησε αλλά επιπλέον τα κατέστησε τσιράκια των κορακιών.

Η ιστορία στο βίντεο: Ένας ανυποψίαστος πολίτης πηγαίνοντας να μπει στο σπίτι του ανακαλύπτει πως δεν του επιτρέπουν την είσοδο όχι μία αλλά τρεις διμοιρίες πάνοπλων Ματατζήδων.
Ο πολίτης οφείλει να παρακαλέσει τα ΜΑΤ για να μπει σπίτι του, να περάσει από ειδικές διαδικασίες, ελέγχους, σπάσιμο νεύρων και ηθικού. Καθαυτό, το αληθινό πρόσωπο της ΣΥΡΙΖΑ-ΑΝΕΛ τρομοκρατίας.
Γιατί είναι τα ΜΑΤ στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας: Τα ΜΑΤ μπλοκάρουν τις εισόδους πολυκατοικιών που στεγάζονται συμβολαιογράφοι για να προστατεύσουν τους ηλεκτρονικούς πλειστηριασμούς. Έτσι ώστε να περάσουν τα σπίτια στα χέρια των τραπεζιτών. (Εν τω μεταξύ οι τράπεζες έχουν κάνει ανακεφαλαιοποίηση δυο και τρεις φορές με χρήματα των φορολογουμένων).
Άλλο αν κάποτε οι κυβερνώντες έπαιρναν σβάρνα τους δρόμους και έταζαν από τις ντουντούκες: "Κανένα σπίτι στα χέρια τραπεζίτη". Αυτά τα γεγονότα οφείλουν όλοι να τα ξεχάσουν.

Το προηγούμενο ανέβασμα του ίδιου βίντεο το κατήγγειλαν ψευδώς ως "ακατάλληλο για ανηλίκους" . Το βίντεο όμως αυτό είναι κατάλληλο για όλες τις ηλικίες.

Το ΣΥΡΙΖΑ-ΑΝΕΛ καθεστώς θα συνεχίσει να γίνεται όλο και πιο αυταρχικό και συνάμα υποκριτικό αφού από τις 27/04/2018 αρχίζουν οι ηλεκτρονικοί πλειστηριασμοί ακινήτων για οφειλές προς εφορία και ασφαλιστικά ταμεία. Από την άλλη εφόσον έχουν υπογράψει ό,τι παλιόχαρτο τους έδιναν οι δανειστές, υποθηκεύοντας το μέλλον αυτής της χώρας, την ώρα τούτη που παραπαίει η καρέκλα τους, θα παραβγαίνουν στα κανάλια μπλοφάροντας για μια εικονική απεμπλοκή από τα μνημόνια.

Γιάνης Βαρουφάκης: Αυτή είναι η πολιτική πρόταση του DiEM25

Τις επτά τομές που χρειάζεται η χώρα για να μπει στον δρόμο της ανάκαμψης παρουσίασε την Παρασκευή το βράδυ ο συνιδρυτής του DiEM25 και πρώην υπουργός οικονομικών Γιάνης Βαρουφάκης στη πρώτη μεγάλη ανοιχτή συγκέντρωση του DiEM25 στην Αθήνα στο Γήπεδο Σπόρτιγκ. "Ναι, έχω κόλλημα με το χρέος όπως ένας αιχμάλωτος πολέμου με την απόδραση"τόνισε.  Όπως χαρακτηριστικά αναφερόταν στο κάλεσμα της εκδήλωσης: "Όσο εκείνοι ψηφίζουν τα μέτρα της δήθεν «αξιολόγησής» τους, εξαναγκάζοντας το Κοινοβούλιο σε έναν ακόμη αυτο-εξευτελισμό, εμείς, χωρίς θυμό αλλά με ανεξάντλητη αποφασιστικότητα, επαναφέρουμε την Ελπίδα, την Λογική και την Αξιοπρέπεια."

Κατά της διάρκεια της πρώτης συγκέντρωσης του κινήματος DiEM25 στην Αθήνα που έγινε την Παρασκευή το βράδυ στο Σπόρτιγκ.
Στην εκδήλωση αυτή , ο πρώην υπουργός Οικονομικών Γιάνης Βαρουφάκης, μεταξύ άλλων παρουσίασε τις επτά τομές που χρειάζεται η χώρα για να μπει στον δρόμο της ανάκαμψης.

Greece adopts more austerity measures amidst violent protests

Greek lawmakers have approved more pension cuts and tax hikes sought by international lenders to unlock another bailout, as angry demonstrators protested outside parliament against the new round of austerity.
 People took to the streets of Greece’s capital for two consecutive days.

Protesters threw Molotov cocktails and other projectiles at the police outside the Greek parliament on Thursday, while the lawmakers were inside debating new austerity measures.
Police fired tear gas and pepper spray.
Hours ahead of a vote on a new memorandum that is expected to bring more austerity to crisis-stricken Greece, demonstrators clashed with police at the doorsteps of the parliament in Syntagma Square.
Greeks demand end to austerity reforms and people took to the streets of Greece’s capital for the second consecutive day to protest new pension and tax-break cut.
An estimated 10,000 to 15,000 people gathered in front of the parliament building in Athens' Syntagma Square.

Greece: Demonstration in solidarity with the Women’s March on Washington

Hundreds of women took part in the Women's March in front of the US Embassy in Athens, raised placards and shouted slogans against Donald Trump and against policies of bigotry, xenophobia, racism and hate.
Protest rallies were held in over 30 countries around the world in solidarity with the Women's March on Washington in defense of press freedom, women's and human rights following the official inauguration of Donald J. Trump as the 45th President of the United States of America in Washington, DC, USA.
